All deposits and tattoos are NON-REFUNDABLE and non-transferable.

Touch-ups: within 6 months, minimum $75 materials fee (more for tattoos on hands or feet- to be determined on case by case basis)

Arrival Time: We want you to have the best tattoo experience with time to adjust the design and avoid rushing the appointment. With multiple tattoo appointments each day, arriving late impacts not only your appointment, but also your artists break time and appointments following yours. Because of this, arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the cancellation of your appointment and the forfeiture of your deposit. Please plan accordingly and arrive on time.

Guests: Only one guest is allowed per person, but they must be respectful of the artist workspace during the tattoo session. Guest should remain in guest seating area. Please no looking over their shoulder as they work. *Guests must be over the age of 18 - For health and safety reasons we can not allow children in the studio.*

Clients from Out of Town: Your calendar will automatically show your appointment in your current time zone. Once you arrive to California, make sure your calendar is showing your appointments in Pacific Time Zone and check it against the time you selected over email. We understand this can cause some confusion, but we can not guarantee availability if you show up at the incorrect time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the cancellation of your appointment and the forfeiture of your deposit.

Pets: We love dogs! However, the health department prohibits all pets, with the exception of service animals, from tattoo studios. Allowing your pet entry to the studio could result in fines for us and the loss of our health permit and license. Bringing a pet to your appointment will result in the cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit.
