Policies

All deposits and tattoos are NON-REFUNDABLE and non-transferable. In cases of emergency or illness, we will transfer deposit one time only if given a minimum of 7 days notice.

Touch-ups: within 6 months, minimum $75 materials fee (more for tattoos on hands or feet- to be determined on case by case basis)

Pets: We love dogs! However, the health department prohibits all pets, with the exception of service animals, from tattoo studios. Allowing your pet entry to the studio could result in fines for us and the loss of our health permit and license. Bringing a pet to your appointment will result in the cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit.

Arrival Time: We want you to have the best tattoo experience with time to adjust the design and avoid rushing the appointment. With multiple tattoo appointments each day, arriving late impacts not only your appointment, but also your artists break time and appointments following yours. Because of this, arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the cancellation of your appointment and the forfeiture of your deposit. Please plan accordingly and arrive on time.

    WHAT TO AVOID:

No swimming, baths, or submerging tattoo in water for at least 7 days. Even if you don’t swim, avoid the beach as the abrasiveness of sand damages the ink.

Avoid hot water in the shower, saunas, or heat directly on the tattoo.

No excessive sweating - light workouts are ok if your tattoo is in an area with less sweat exposure. No hot yoga or intense workouts for 5-7 days.

Avoid direct sun as sun exposure is damaging to the ink and could damage your final result. You can not apply sunscreen directly on your tattoo as it heals (minimum of 2-3 weeks), so keep it covered.

  • The studio minimum is $100-$150. We use the highest quality equipment and tattoo supplies. All supplies are single-use for each client.
